Unpaid orders can still be changed or cancelled. Simply send us an email indicating your wishes.
However, orders with the Cash on Delivery (COD) option are not allowed to be cancelled once we have already dispatched the parcels. This is because the packages are no longer in our hands, and each shipment or return will incur charges from the courier.

We accept bank deposits in our BDO or BPI bank account. We also accept GCash transfers, as well as Cash on Delivery / COD method.
We provide all bank account information or Gcash number right after you have chosen the payment method. We will also send a copy of your order along with the payment details to the email you have provided, as well as the QR code.
Yes. QR codes are attached in the Order Confirmation email that we have sent once you have selected checkout.
Yes, we offer COD as a payment option.

However, if you wish to pay via credit card, we can offer a PayPal payment option with an additional charge of 15% of the total order. Please send us an email informing us if you wish to avail this payment method.
Shipping & Tracking
All parcels are shipped from our address in Quezon City, Philippines.
Our designated shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. But we may be able to ship out on other weekdays when we are able.
However, we are closed on Sundays. All inquiries will be answered on the next available day.
For Metro Manila and nearby areas, we have standard courier shipping which takes around 1-2 days with a shipping rate that starts at ₱80.
For addresses outside the Greater Metro Manila area (Provincial), we also provide standard courier shipping which takes around 3-7 days with a shipping rate that starts at ₱120.
Under normal circumstances, shipping for address within Metro Manila (and nearby provinces) take 1-3 days for delivery.
Shipping may take 3-7 days for address outside of Metro Manila.
Yes. But we only allow pick ups from same day delivery services such as Grab, Lalamove, or Mr Speedy. Buyer makes the booking, as well as shoulder the delivery fees.
You may contact us through any of our social media channels if you wish to have your items picked up. Then we shall provide the date and time when the parcels are ready for pick up.
All sales made through our online shop are final.
Once your orders have been processed, we shall provide a tracking number through the email that you have provided. Please use the link that we have provided to know the whereabouts of your order.
The courier will also send an SMS when the parcel is scheduled for delivery. Do take note especially if you have chosen the Cash on Delivery / COD option. Please have someone at home ready to receive and pay the total amount.
